You feel trapped. Unworthy.
I see you — because I’ve lived it. 

At 14, abandoning
 my own Body

I began fighting my own body.
Anorexia shaped my teenage years.
Restriction. Obsession. Control.

Low self-worth, lack of self-love.

I believed discipline would make me worthy and lovable.
Instead, it broke my health.

My health was collapsing

Healing and learning how to love myself again forced me to unlearn everything. When my digestion collapsed, I turned to Nutritional Therapy to rebuild myself.
That journey became my calling.
 To help women  restore their GUT & stop punishing their bodies and start
 understanding them.

 Fitness era was born 
working with mums in London

Wanting more action, I moved into the fitness industry, spending over five years helping mothers rebuild deep core strength and confidence through pregnancy and beyond. Pilates deepened my understanding of true functional strength.
But even while “doing everything right,” my own hormones crashed in my mid-twenties. Debilitating cycles. Symptoms I was told to tolerate.

My  monthly Period Pain
 led me to
Breathwork & Intuitive reading

I chose a different path.
Breathwork and intuitive healing changed everything.

Regulating my nervous system.
Releasing emotional patterns.
Restoring hormonal balance.

Thought of not having Children

I once believed I might never become a mother.

Today, I am learning daily how to be a strong mum without perfectionism.

 This is why I do this work.

Not from theory.
From lived embodiment.
